Truly exceptional expertise, professionalism, empathy and patient care. I had severe back pain for 7 days while visiting New York City and has 2 chiropractic visits in Manhattan with a different practice -- these visits helped to reduce the pain significantly (from 10/10 to 7/10), but the pain was still severe. When I got back to Austin, Dr Richards saw me quickly (his staff was wonderful in getting me an emergency fast appointment) and with only one session of lumbar adjustment and some laser treatment to reduce inflammation, he fixed the issue and I was almost PAIN-FREE free in 24 hours.
